Lost or missing parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at otnaturals@gmail.com within 14 days of dispatch.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Customs & duties

Opened items: Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any opened or used cosmetic products (including oils, treatments, and skincare).
Unopened items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and fully contained in their original wrapping & packaging.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
